"Scott Pilgrim vs. the World" - Aug 15th

Join the Boston Sunday Night Film Club this Sunday, Aug 15th at 7pm for Scott Pilgrim vs. the World at the AMC Boston Common 19 . Look for Howard wearing a nametag in the theatre lobby about 15 minutes before the film. As always, after the film we will descend on a local establishment for dinner/drinks/discussion.

As the bass guitarist for a garage-rock band, Scott Pilgrim (Michael Cera) has never had trouble getting a girlfriend; usually, the problem is getting rid of them. But when Ramona Flowers (Mary Elizabeth Winstead) skates into his heart, he finds she has the most troublesome baggage of all: an evil army of ex-boyfriends who will stop at nothing to eliminate him as Ramona’s suitor.
