Join the Boston Sunday Night Film Club this Sunday, Jun 9th at 6p for The Dirty Dozen at the Brattle Theatre . Look for Sean wearing a nametag in the theatre lobby about 15 minutes before the film. As always, after the film we will descend on a local establishment for dinner/drinks/discussion.
The quintessential WWII men-on-a-mission film, THE DIRTY DOZEN features Lee Marvin as a no-nonsense commander who must lead a bunch of military convicts on what is essentially a suicide mission. Their goal is to parachute behind enemy lines and cause chaos amongst the Nazi high-command by murdering as many of them as possible.
