Join the Boston Sunday Night Film Club this Sunday, Apr 12th at 7:30p for Ned Rifle at the Brattle Theatre. Look for Sean wearing a nametag in the theatre lobby about 15 minutes before the film. As always, after the film we will descend on a local establishment for dinner/drinks/discussion.
“In the closing chapter of director Hal Hartleys trilogy about the fractured Grim family, young son Ned (Liam Aiken) embarks on a quest to kill his father for wrecking his mom’s life. But a winsome graduate student (Aubrey Plaza) interferes with his plan.”
Note: The Brattle Theatre will be showing the previous two films of the Henry Fool series this weekend, so check their schedule if you want to catch up (or revisit them).
Another note: IFFBoston 2015 is just around the corner! Tickets are on sale now, and the SNFC film on 4/26 will be THE LOOK OF SILENCE (the follow up to the amazing THE ACT OF KILLING). Buy your tickets now!
